Career Development

We’re a small but full-service team, so everyone wears a lot of hats. That means learning new skills that make you more awesome and keep work nice and interesting. Project management and website development are always up for cross training.

Team Fun Time

We don’t do the typical team building trust falls, and we don’t get together on the weekends. But we do have some fun outside of work every so often. Holiday crafts and cocktails, brewery happy hours and even Frisbee golf have gone down.

Giving Back

We like to give back to the community, and we believe strongly enough to do it on company time. One workday per month, Team Raison picks a local nonprofit to help out. So far we’ve lent a hand to the Salvation Army, REAL LIFE, the Richmond Community ToolBank, Ramps RVA, and Belle Isle Invasive Species Removal and Planting.

We need experienced designers that can step in and help us get through the busy weeks.

If you are available for occasional on-site work, that is a big plus, but not a prerequisite.
